Rent The Frock

The Frock is available to rent for celebrations such as bridal showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. Our blank space is unique because it allows you to bring in your own creativity for your perfect event. Why is it called The Frock?

Casse' Frocks was a women's dress shop back in the day. They opened at least 10 of the stores in 1929, but the business collapsed due to the Great Depression. The ultimate goal was to have a nationwide chain of at least 200 stores. We decided to keep the name because of the beautiful outdoor signage on the building and we just love how unique it is.

How many guests can The Frock accommodate?

For a seated dinner party we can accommodate up to 36 guests using the furniture we have. We max out at 100 guests for events but this is for standing room only.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Upon booking 25% (non refundable) of your rental is required to reserve your date with the balance due 14 days prior to the event. A $100 cleaning deposit is also required with balance. If the space is left in the condition that it was found, you will be refunded the cleaning deposit. If any damages should occur or the space is left messy, fees will be deducted from the cleaning deposit. 

What is included in the rental?

Your rental includes use of The Frock with 36 white chairs, 8 barstools, 6 tables, 2 fridges and a sound system. We also have two restrooms (fully stocked) and a long bar. We also provide cleaning supplies including trash bags, broom and mop. 

Do you have a way to play music?

A sound system with two speakers and an auxiliary cord is included in your rental. You need to provide the source of music.

Do you have WiFi?

We sure do!

Is parking available?

We do not have a dedicated parking lot for The Frock. Street parking is free after 5pm Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. There are also several public parking lots within 3-4 blocks of our space. 

Can we bring in any caterer or our own food and drinks?

We do not have a preference on catering. We do not have a liquor license so there cannot be any sales of alcohol but we are a BYOB establishment. You are responsible for bringing in your own dinnerware, utensils, etc. If you need suggestions on catering we can certainly point you in the right direction.
